Retired Long Beach (CA) Police Sergeant Jason Lehman will share his story of the deadly force encounters and other critical incidents that led him to unmanaged emotions and behaviors that brought him into his life’s darkest moments. After surviving suicidal ideations, Jason emerged from the darkness a victor. Utilizing his life experiences for the positive, Jason will share a proven system to improve resiliency and help others to get 2% better every day the right way.
